Halfway mark: MTC

Been a pretty slow but stressful week here in the MTC. Not a lot going on, other than trying to learn a language that even the natives don't understand. Super pumped for Christmas though. All of the leaders have been dropping hints about how great it's going to be. So we all think it's going to be someone from the 12. First Christmas away from the fam so we'll see how it goes.

Last of the Bunch

 Elder Quinn Matua spent the first two weeks of his mission doing in-home MTC. He is now nearing the end of his second week in the Provo MTC and reports that his experience there has been very different from what his brothers experienced due to the adjustments that were made as result of the pandemic. Regardless, he is doing well and although he's struggling to learn his new language (Cantonese) he is enjoying the experience and learning a lot.
